Herbert George Co.

The Herbert George Company (311 N Desplaines Street, Chicago 6, Illinois) made a number of cheap camera's in the mid 50's. However their most common is the Imperial Satellite.

The Imperial was also known as the Mercury Satellite, and was used to promote the car of that name. These tend to be in a more interesting range of colours - most often turquoise, rather than the grey or beige of the Imperial. However the imperial versions feature a "color/b&w" switch to set the exposure.

The satellite takes 12 shots per roll. Check back to this page, and I'll try and upload the manual.
