The Orion is a half frame, shooting 16 on a roll. It's f/11 plastic lens, and 1/50th shutter are unlikly to produce great images, but unfortunatly the shutter on this particular camera is sticking, so its now just a display piece.
The Orion (like the Diana) was given away as a promitional item. In this particular case the box has been printed for the "Redish Maid" Confectionary company, and included 1/4lb of barley sugars. You can make your own orion box using these Plans!. Simply print the image at 200dpi (or print it smaller to make a mini-box) and cut it out. Add a tab next to the picture of the building, and wrap these around to make the sides of the box. The curves bits on each side hook into each other to re-enforce the box. Next week I'll show you how to reproduce the optic's using a plastic coke bottle!.
